Grants are a form of financial aid that students can use to help pay for school costs and do not have to be paid back. Lincoln College offers the following grants:
Pell Grants are federal grants based on student need that is available to students who do not have a bachelor’s degree. The amount of award is calculated from the student estimated family contribution (EFC) number from a student’s FAFSA.
The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
Lincoln College is a participating school that receives a fixed amount each year from the federal government in order to supplement student’s education cost. This grant is available to students with the highest financial need.
Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) awards the Monetary Award Program and is offered to Illinois residents. The amount is based on the number of credit hours enrolled in a semester. Eligibility is based on the initial FAFSA processing date and student/family financial need.
