Understanding Your Award Letter
Once the financial aid office has processed the FAFSA application and any requested documents, students who are accepted to Lincoln College will receive a packet in the mail which will include the student’s award letter.
The award letter will list all types of aid and amounts for which the student is eligible. The amount of aid can fluctuate with the number of credits in which the student is enrolled and is subject to change. Review your financial aid award letter. If you would like to accept all types of aid, simply sign and return your award letter. If you wish to decline any type of aid, indicate this by drawing a line through the source you are declining, sign the award letter and return it to the financial aid office. Please keep the student copy for your records.
